Assistant Director General Border Security Force's Western Command BSF ADG Kamal Nayan Choubey briefed media on the issue of mutilation of Indian soldiers by Pakistani Army on Monday. He said that India needs to form a clear Standard Operating Procedure for response in any such situation that may arise in future. He further said that Pakistan Army killed two Indian soldiers in firing.
